The Accrual Calculation & Forecasting Module includes:

  • Configurable Accrual Policies that can be defined for an organizational group or at the employee level; an employee can be affected by an unlimited number of accrual policies and rate schedules
  • Flexible Rate Schedules can be defined by employee, group, location, position, etc.
  • Ability to handle Grants as either a flat amount, a factor or a calculation based on hours worked
  • On-line 'statements' at the employee level identifying every action that has affected an accrual balance
  • Ability to submit requests for future time periods and have the amounts available in those future periods already calculated and available, consistent with organizational policies
  • Reporting and Analytics as well as valuation of liabilities associated with accruals
